Well, still no internet, but I thought I would do a quick update while I am at the shop working for Chris today.

We moved into the new house on March 29. We had 12 people, 6 trucks and two trailers. We started at 8:00 am on Saturday and finished unloading the last trip at 12:30 pm. With that many people and vehicles, we only made two trips and made quick work of it.

Madi has adjusted to the new house like a breeze. She went to Chris' parents house that Saturday for a nap and while she was gone, we got her room all set up and done. She came back out and walked in her room and through her arms out wide with a big grin and said "Madi's room!" We have not had any troubles and she has actually been going to bed and naps better at the new house than before. She is also happier and plays on her own in her play room. I would have never dreamed that it would have been this easy with her. What a relief.

We spent two weekends getting the old house ready to list. We got it on the market last Monday and had an open house this last Sunday. Our realtor said it should be an easy sell and actually listed it much higher than we thought. Chris wanted her to lower the price so we can sell it quick and she wouldn't. We'll see how it goes. We are hoping to have it sold quickly.

We are loving the new house, the peace and quiet and all the wildlife around us. It has been really great. Our second night we had four deer walk out of the field across the road, through our front yard and into the field to the north of us. It was pretty awesome. We also have about 10 turkeys roosting in the trees on the back side of our lot and they come out everyday and graze in the field behind the house.

I have new pics and hopefully will be getting my internet soon out at the house.

Technical Difficulties

Still no internet. They had some trouble getting it hooked up yesterday and will hopefully be back sometime this week to finish installing. Hope to post real soon.

I'm So Excited!!!
